Sliding Fee Scale Available

Community Healthcare Center features a sliding fee discount that is available to those that qualify, regardless of insurance status. The sliding fee scale is based on family size and income.

What else should I be doing in addition to social distancing and wearing a face covering (face mask)?

You should be frequently washing your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds at a time. If water and soap is not available, you should be using hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol or greater.
