Access
Community Healthcare Center gives access to and serves as the primary care medical home for people living in 14 counties in north central Texas. Patient needs are identified and met within a safe environment with state-of-the-art facilities. Patients receive high quality, non-discriminatory care that reflects our commitment to cultural diversity.
Quality
Drawing from years of experience on the front lines of health care, Community Healthcare Center is dedicated to providing excellent standards of care that are safe, patient centered, timely, efficient and equitable. We are committed to achieving the highest standard of ethical principles in program planning, finance and all areas of our operations.
Controlling Costs
Adhering to fiscal responsibility of public and private funds, Community Healthcare Center ensures equitable and judicious expenditures that maximize the quality and cost-effectiveness of patient care and programs. In helping patients to manage and prevent illness, Community Healthcare Center reduces emergency room visits, hospital stays and specialty care costs, including combined state and federal Medicaid savings.
Service Providers
Because trust is fostered between board, staff, and patients, we created a premier team of service providers whose main objective is improving the health status of people in our community. The medical, dental and pharmaceutical professionals as well as support staff are dedicated to providing access to comprehensive, continuous primary and preventive health care services centered on the patient’s needs.
