New Patient Acceptance Policy
Community Healthcare Center (CHC) continues to provide the same high quality and quantity of services to our existing patients; however, we are only accepting new patients within the following vulnerable populations:
- Ages 20 and under,
- Ages 65 and older, or
- Pregnant women.
Persons within the ages of 21 through 64 who are not pregnant and are not already an established CHC patient will need to seek primary care services elsewhere.
Again, all current patients are welcome to continue receiving whatever primary care services we offer from us whenever they need it. Any new patients that we can accept (ages 20 and under, 65 and older, or that are pregnant), will continue to be welcomed too.
