To assist you, all media inquiries should be directed to our media contact. Appointments for media interviews must be made prior to visiting the clinic for any type of media coverage. Patient privacy is the health centers upmost concern, and media personnel will not be allowed on property without an escort from clinic personnel.

Get to know your provider 💙

Hi, I’m Monica! I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner who believes in treating the whole person and building genuine relationships with the people I care for.

I was born and raised right here in this community, so being able to care for and give back to the community that has always been home means a lot to me.

Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with my family and friends and making memories with my kids. We spend a lot of time outside on our farm, where life is always a little busy (and usually a little messy!) between our chickens, donkeys, ducks, geese, and cattle. 🐔🫏🦆🪿🐄

I’m also passionate about being involved in my kids’ school and our community. Whether I’m volunteering, helping with school events, or supporting local activities, I love being involved and giving back. When I’m not busy with the farm or family, I love crafting, taking on creative projects, and, of course, listening to Taylor Swift! 🎨✂️🎶

Family, friends, community, farm life, creativity, and a little Taylor Swift keep me grounded—and I wouldn’t have it any other way! 🤍🌾✨ ...
