Community Healthcare Center’s Pediatrics is ready to take care of your children. Our Pediatricians and our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner provide superior medical care for your child – from birth through their teenage years. Whether your child needs a well-child checkup, immunization, Texas Health Step visit or if they are needing to be seen for a same day sick visit – they are here for almost anything your child might need. They even accept walk-in appointments through our TodayCare walk-in clinic. All Community Healthcare Center patients receive the same quality and compassionate primary care, regardless of their financial situation or whether they have insurance.

Community Healthcare Center’s Pediatrics is the choice of thousands of parents whose number one priority is their child’s physical and emotional development. Our experienced and compassionate pediatric team of medical professionals provide the care your child needs to grow healthy and strong.

Pediatrics at Community Healthcare Center offers a host of services for your family, including:

  • Well-child checkups
  • Same day sick visits
  • Immunizations/Vaccinations
  • Medicaid-Texas Health Steps
  • Attention/Behavioral concerns
  • School/Sports physicals

In addition to our pediatric medical services, we also offer other supporting services for your child. Those services include:

We welcome Medicaid, CHIP, STAR, STAR+Plus, STAR Kids, BCBS and most Insurance. Sliding fee discount is available based on family size and income, regardless of insurance status.

Monday-Friday 7:00AM to 6:00PM

 

Parents/Guardians may request a new pediatric patient appointment using the form below, or you may call us at (940) 766-6306. You will be contacted by phone no later than the next scheduled business day after completing this form.

This form is for new pediatric medical patients only. Parents/Guardians of established Community Healthcare Center pediatric patients must request an appointment by using the patient portal or by calling (940) 766-6306.
