Who may qualify:

• Females
• Must be 18 or older
• Live in Texas
• Do not have health Insurance
• At or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (Based on family size)

What benefits can be received:

• Clinical breast examination
• Mammogram
• Pelvic Examination and Pap Test
• Diagnostic Services
• Cervical dysplasia services
• Help with Medicaid for Breast and Cervical Cancer Applications
