Family Medicine • Pediatrics • Dental • Counseling

Community Healthcare Center is a primary care medical, dental and counseling clinic welcoming all ages from newborns to seniors. Our medical, dental and counseling providers are committed to providing superior primary and preventive care for your entire family. A variety of patient services are offered, including Telemedicine, Pediatrics, Women’s Health Services, Family Medicine, Children & Adult Dentistry, Behavioral Health Counseling for Children & Adults and TodayCare. Our support services include lab and x-ray.

Too many hardworking people go without primary and preventive care because they believe it is unaffordable. It’s not. Community Healthcare Center welcomes Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, STAR, STAR+Plus, STAR Kids, BCBS, TRICARE and most private insurances. Our clinic also offers a sliding scale discount to patients based on family size and income, regardless of insurance status. Uninsured and underinsured patients can benefit from financial assistance programs that are available for health situations you may be experiencing. If you have private or employer-based insurance, our clinic welcomes that too. If you obtain insurance while a patient at Community Healthcare Center, we would be happy to continue serving you.

Whether you are looking for a pediatrician, an obstetrician, a family medicine doctor, family nurse practitioner, a family dentist or a behavioral health counselor – Community Healthcare Center can be your “provider of choice” for your entire family. Schedule an appointment today by calling (940) 766-6306.

Community Healthcare Center is taking extra steps to make sure their patients are kept safe at their appointments during this time of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic. We have implemented outdoor health screenings for everyone entering any of our clinics, and patients/guests that do not pass the health screen are diverted to an isolation area to be assessed and evaluated. Plus, we are taking extra steps to keep our facility clean and disinfected. Our goal is that no individual with Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms be allowed in areas with other patients. That includes, patients, parents, other family members, and staff. We know that no system can be 100% perfect, but we are taking every effort to protect the health of our patients and staff members. We know this may seem burdensome, so we ask for patience as we all deal with this challenge together. For more information, please call (940)766-6306. ...
