Community Healthcare Center’s TodayCare is a same day walk-in primary care clinic that is open to children and adults needing to be seen for an unexpected illness. Our walk-in clinic is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours, and is open on Saturdays from 8:30AM to Noon. No appointments necessary. Open to current and new patients. Please bring the necessary items below under “What should I bring to my appointment” when coming in for a walk-in appointment with our TodayCare Walk-in Primary Care Clinic.

We welcome Medicare(medical), Medicaid, most STAR Plans, CHIP, TRICARE and most Insurance.

Sliding fee scale available based on family size and income.

What should I bring to my walk-in appointment?

  • Insurance card (if you have health insurance)
  • Picture ID
  • Social Security card
  • Immunization record
  • Proof of household income
  • Bottles of all medications you are currently taking.

***Legal guardians must provide proof of guardianship for a minor to receive treatment.

Community Healthcare Center will be having a FREE Sports Physical Clinic on Thursday, June 6th from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. This is open to students in junior high, middle school and high school that need a sports physical for the next school year. It is also open to students participating in youth sports leagues. You do not need to be a patient of Community Healthcare Center to receive a free sports physical. Please bring the sports physical form that is required by your school district or youth sports league completed and signed by the parent/guardian. Also, students wearing prescription eyewear must have on hand in order to complete the physical. Community Healthcare Center is located at 200 MLK Jr. Blvd., Wichita Falls, TX 76301.
