Community Healthcare Center is now offering Telemedicine appointments for children and adults. These visits include phone call and video chat appointments – All from the comfort of your own home. We are committed to keeping our patients and staff safe at all times but especially during this time with Coronavirus, these type of appointments are excellent alternatives to lessen exposure.
We are providing Telemedicine for
- Family Medicine
- Behavioral Health Counseling
Telemedicine can be used for these type of appointments
- Sick Visits
- Adult Well/Preventative Visits
- ADHD Follow-Up Visits
- OB Visits
- Counseling Visits
Note: Dental appointments cannot be done through Telemedicine.
Telemedicine visits can be done by
- Telephone Call
- Video Chat
For the video chats, the patient will need a smart phone, tablet or computer with camera connected to the internet.
We welcome Medicare, Medicaid, most STAR Plans, CHIP and most Insurances.
Due to the current situation with Covid-19, and in order to best care for our existing patients and our employees, Community Healthcare Center is only accepting new patients at its Wichita Falls service sites (including TodayCare) within the following vulnerable populations:
- Under 21 years of age,
- Ages 65 and older, or
- Pregnant women.
