What you need to know.

  • COVID-19 vaccines are effective at helping protect against severe disease and death from variants of the virus that causes COVID-19.
  • If you are fully vaccinated you can resume many activities that you did before the pandemic, but you should wear a mask indoors in public where substantial or high transmission can occur.
  • You may have side effects after vaccination. These are normal and should go away in a few days.

Community Healthcare Center carries Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, but the supply of these vaccines may vary due to supply and shipping processes.

How old do you have to be to get the first round of COVID-19 Vaccine?

  • Moderna mRNA vaccine is available for those ages 18 and older.
  • Pfizer mRNA vaccine is available for those ages 5 and older.

How can I get the vaccine?

Does the vaccine cost anything?

  • The federal government is providing the vaccine free of charge to all people living in the United States, regardless of their immigration or health insurance status.

Community Healthcare Center had a great time yesterday helping middle school and high school students with FREE Sports Physicals for the 2022-2023 school year.

Our next Free Sports Physical Clinic will be on Thursday, June 23rd from 3pm to 5pm.

Community Healthcare Center is having a FREE Sports Physical Clinic for middle school and high school students from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. today, Thursday, May 12th at Community Healthcare Center.

This event is for ALL school districts, private schools, and youth sports leagues. All athletes and extracurricular students, such as marching band students, can get their sports physical completed for the 2022-2023 school year at this event. The student does not have to be a patient of Community Healthcare Center to participate.

All sports physical forms required by the school district or youth sports league must be completed and signed by the parent/guardian prior to the event. Students wearing prescription eyewear must have on hand to complete the physical. Only the student receiving the sports physical and one parent/guardian should attend the FREE Sports Physical Clinic.

FREE Sports Physicals are sponsored by First National Bank & Anderson Ranch Graphics.
