Community Healthcare Center (CHC) is seeking a full-time Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator with excellent customer service skills and should be detail oriented. The candidate will provide clients with free and unbiased assistance and enrollment regarding available health plans with the Health Insurance Marketplace. They will also offer assistance and enrollment through the Community Partner Program with Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP and TANF applications . They will be required to work outreach events, such as health fairs and expos, during workdays, evenings, and weekends. Must be willing to travel. Candidate will be required to complete all federal and state training to obtain certification as a Certified Application Counselor and Community Partner Program Navigator and will be required to re-certify on an annual basis. The candidate must also be proficient with computer software programs, such as MS Office and web-based portals/databases.
