Regional Site Director

Family Health Center on Virginia is currently seeking a full-time, mission-focused, customer service oriented Regional Site Director with clinical experience. The Regional Site Director responsibilities will include administrative coordination of clinical operations (includes OB service site at Medical City McKinney), support for outreach activities, implementing growth strategies and initiatives, manage day-to-day tasks and activities, ensures adequate orientation of staff, training and cross-training of personnel, adequate staff coverage, review and revision of administrative support protocols and assists in provider scheduling. Maintains HIPAA / HITECH compliance and ensure confidentiality of any Private Health Information (PHI) or Electronic Private Health Information (ePHI). Licensed nurse preferred. Also preferred, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or a minimum of six years related clinical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of four years of direct supervisory experience in a clinical setting. The Regional Site Director should possess a strong community health/public health orientation, including experience in patient care management. Computer skills a must.
