Community Healthcare Center is seeking a Data Quality Analyst.

Preferred candidate qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience in healthcare data analysis
• Be technically proficient: Use of Microsoft Excel to manipulate large data sets, to clean up and analyze data, to generate, and to present reports for various audiences (business and healthcare)
• Have familiarity with clinical software (practice management, electronic health records, reporting systems)
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-Starter who can work in an unstructured environment, independently or in collaboration with a team
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently and effectively while balancing a large work volume
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to define problems, collect & analyze data, establish facts to draw valid conclusions, and disseminate significant amounts of information
• Advanced skill in SQL, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to develop effective working relationships across the organization and follow up when needed

This position is highly involved with quality improvement teams and must be flexible to the demands of a busy healthcare organization. The position is not able to be remote, and will be located at our Wichita Falls location. Must be HIPAA and OSHA compliant.
