Clinical Student Coordinator

Community Healthcare Center is seeking to hire a Clinical Student Coordinator.  This position provides direct support to clinical students to ensure successful compliance with their curriculum requirements.

The Student Coordinator duties and responsibilities include:

  • Schedule student orientations and training at the Center level.
  • Coordinate rotation schedules as required by the school.
  • Facilitate rotations with internal and external providers.
  • Ensure all mid-point and final evaluations are performed and submitted.
  • Proctor exams as required.
  • Ensure that all student assignments are reported to and approved by the Chief Medical Officer.
  • Other duties as required.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university, or a minimum of six years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of experience and education.  The employee must possess a strong community health/public health orientation and be experienced in patient care management.

 

This position requires travel and be willing to work flexible hours. The coordinator must maintain valid driver license, safe driving record, minimum auto insurance limits, and follow all rules and regulations of the DMV.

Must maintain HIPAA/HITECH compliance and ensure confidentiality of any Private Health Information (PHI) or Electronic Private Health Information (ePHI). Bilingual is a plus, but not required. Competitive salary and benefits package. Please apply online here.
