Community Healthcare Center features a sliding fee scale for the low income, underinsured and uninsured. The scale takes into account family size and household income.

At Community Healthcare Center, we understand not everyone can afford medical and dental insurance. Rising healthcare costs, coupled with escalating premiums, are squeezing hardworking people who simply can't make their dollars stretch far enough to cover themselves or their families.
